Metallic Aerostructure
Leveraging its in‑house engineering expertise, SABCA continuously drives performance improvements across major aerospace platforms.SABCA’s Aerostructure operations are a vertically integrated system of machining, surface treatment, assembly and systems integrations to deliver integrated assemblies with the highest levels of quality and reliability. All products are delivered with EASA Form 1 certification, providing major OEMs with “ready‑to‑fly” components that meet the highest industry standards.
Composite Aerostructure
SABCA Limburg operates some of the most advanced composite manufacturing facilities in the aviation industry. With expertise in hand lay-up, Automated Tape Laying, and Automated Fiber Placement across multiple material types, SABCA Limburg continually drives process innovation in composite manufacturing. This capability creates added value for critical civil and defense aviation platforms such as the F‑35, MQ‑9B, A400M, and Gulfstream and Dassault business jets.
Space Structures
SABCA also designs and manufactures SPace structures, such as the interstage ring for the Vega Rocket, most of the Ariane-6 fuselage panels or previously the installation of electrical systems in Ariane-5’s boosters
Design and Build authority
SABCA has contributed to design and manufacturing of optimized fuselage sections for several platforms, such as the large fuselage floor parts of the Airbus A380, the aluminium tail of the Airbus A330 or the integrated fuel reservoir of the Falcon F6X.
Additionally, SABCA has designed the Flap Support Structures of the A350, shaving of tens of kilos of the initial structures, contributing to a lower cost of operation and a greener aviation
SABCA’s engineering teams can re‑engineer specific components to mitigate supply‑chain risks, enabling the creation of a fully European or NATO‑compliant supply chain and strengthening long‑term program resilience.
Plug & Fly
SABCA specializes in plug & fly integrations, meaning it integrates fully equipped components into larger subaşsemblies and finished assemblies – think fuel, electrical and hydraulic systems.
Low Cost Manufacturing
Via it’s new state-of-the-art facility SABCA Maroc, specialised in manual assembly, SABCA can offer potential clients a best-cost option
